This Ladakh winter tour begins from your landing at the KBR airport Leh, where our representative will receive you and transfer to the hotel / guesthouse we have booked for you. It covers some of the most popular places in Ladakh within a short duration of time. This includes places in Leh and its outskirts, Sham Valley(Western Ladakh), Khardungla Top and Pangong Tso lake in Changthang plateau and all feasible sightseeings along the way.
To ensure a smooth acclimatization and to avoid any AMS symptoms, We do the local sightseeings on the evening of Day 1 in car instead walking, thereby avoiding unnecessary exertion to your unacclimatized body. Also, the itinerary is planned in a way to ensure gradual gain in altitude as the tour proceeds.

Arrival at LehArrive at Leh airport and transfer to the respective Hotel, booked for you. You are advised to take complete rest for the day to adapt yourself with the new environment at 11,135 feet altitude. Later, in the evening visit the Leh Market, Leh Palace, known as ‘Lachen Palkhar’ and Shanti Stupa, located on a hilltop near Changspa, reaching top you will see the beauty of whole Leh town. Hall of fame, Spituk, Gurudwara, Sangam and Magnetic HillAfter breakfast, drive to Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, Hall of Fame museum, which was built in the name those martyrs passed away in Kargil war, and also visit Magnetic hill and Sangam, (Confluence of Zanskar & Indus River).On returning, we will also visit the Spituk monastery. In the evening return to Leh. O/N Leh.
Leh - NubraAfter the breakfast drive for Nubra valley, via the Khardungla Pass, the World’s highest motorable road at 18380 feet. Savour the moment on the top, get some quick clicks and venture to Nubra valley. In the afternoon, enjoy the camel safari at Sand Dunes between Deskit & Hundur Village. O/N Nubra Valley.
Nubra-LehAfter Breakfast visit Deskit Monastery,the Maitreya Buddha statue (Big Buddha), where you can have a magnificent view of Nubra Valley and drive back to Leh by same Route, crossing Khardungla Pass. O/N Leh.
Leh - Pangong LakeToday we’ll venture for a faraway destination. After having your breakfast early, leave for Pangong Lake (14,500 ft) via Changla Pass 17,350 ft, this is the third highest motorable road in the world. Pangong is the highest salt water lake in the world, shared by India and China. Enjoy the beauty of the lake. The different hues of blue and green contrast beautifully with the monotonous backdrop of barren brown and grey mountains. O/N Stay at Pangong at Merak.
Pangong Lake - LehThe morning after waking up to the sunrise at the Pangong lake, the mesmerising view at the lake will surely amaze you. After the breakfast, we will start driving towards Leh, and cross Changla Pass, and visit some places along the way like Thiksey monastery and Shey monastery.
Leh Airport to your respective destination.Early morning transfer to Leh airport to board the flight back to the destination. The journey ends with exotic memories and stories to be related once back home.
